The majority of our clients at this time are law firms and legal departments, and our recruiting efforts are generally focused on this specialized field. We also work with non-legal clients, such as corporations, start-ups, professional associations, foundations, and biotechnology firms. Many candidates will qualify for consideration by both our legal and non-legal clients.
Our candidates represent a broad spectrum of administrative and professional staff. We do not place licensed attorneys in full-time positions. We do work with contract temporary attorneys and JDs; managers and supervisors; human resources professionals; E-discovery and litigation support staff; paralegals and case clerks; legal secretaries; document processors; records, conflicts and calendar clerks; accounting and marketing; reception and office services; and general administrative support.
The majority of our corporate clients will require candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree, and strong MS Suite skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Additional database and specialized software skills will also be important.
Our client job orders will require that we maintain a candidate base that is primed and ready to go! We will seek candidates with experience suited to professional positions, for direct-hire placement; temporary to hire placements; and temporary assignments (short- and long-term). The majority of our client job orders will require relevant experience, but some assignments may only require a college degree with minimal work experience.
We often interview experienced candidates even though we have no open positions at the time. This is a strategic action planning for the future, because we want to provide to the client our candidate resumes as soon as possible, once the client gives us a job order. Presenting a candidate that has already been screened and interviewed gives us and our candidate a competitive edge!
