Fusilier Business Services was formed in January 2010. Our goal is to provide exceptional staffing and business consulting services to law firms, legal departments, and corporations in the San Francisco Bay Area.
In regard to our temporary employees, Fusilier Business Services is fully-licensed and bonded, in accordance with local, state and federal laws. We are in compliance with local San Francisco ordinances, such as the Measure F Sick Leave Ordinance, and the Healthy San Francisco ordinance. We also comply with the California Labor Code governing meal breaks, overtime pay rules, and a commitment to EEO and ADA rules and regulations.
Our temporary employees are considered to be employees of Fusilier Business Services, and are not employees of our client companies. We meet all local, state and federal requirements governing payroll taxes, including social security and unemployment taxes.
Fusilier Business Services also complies with all EEO and labor laws throughout our recruiting and interviewing procedures for direct-hire candidates.
